We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants and Aides to join a supportive school team in Bath, NY! These full-time, onsite positions begin ASAP and continue through June 25, 2026, supporting students with developmental delays and autism. Caseloads: K21 students with significant developmental delays and/or autism diagnoses

Hourly Rates:

Teaching Assistants: $27+

Aides: $24+
Responsibilities:
-
Provide individualized classroom support for students with high needs
-
Assist with toileting, feeding, ambulation, and other daily living activities
-
Support students in communication, including use of assistive or communication devices
-
Help manage behavioral concerns and prevent elopement
-
Participate in Therapeutic De-escalation Training provided by the district (required for assignment)

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a positive, structured learning environment
